RED RIBBON DAY...
Being a blog about sex I thought it only appropriate to dedicate today's post to those living with HIV or AIDS. I would also encourage everyone to, at some point today, take a moment and remember those who have passed from AIDS or complications due to AIDS.
The red ribbon is an international symbol of AIDS awareness that is worn by people all year round and particularly on World AIDS Day to demonstrate care and concern about HIV and AIDS.
Started on the 1st of December 1988, World AIDS Day is about raising money, increasing awareness, fighting prejudice and reminding people that HIV has not gone away, and that there are many things that can still be done.
While sex without a condom feels amazing please always be careful and only practice unprotected sex with those whom you know are not HIV+ (and have no STD's). If you're unsure please don't hesitate to protect yourself. Your life is too precious to gamble with. HIV is not prejudice, it doesn't care what sex you are, or what sex your partner is. Everyone is susceptible to HIV.
Show your support, especially today, and wear a red ribbon. I have mine on, do you? Please enjoy today's selection of red & white photos.

If you wrap IT
ReplyDeleteIT will cum
If you don't
IT will cum
To wrap or not to wrap, is not a question, but a leap of faith.
If you don't know what's fix'n to cum, don't get wrapped up in the moment if he's not first wrapped up in a condom.
To live dangerously is not a licence to be stupid.

@Michael→ Thanks babe. I don't know what it is about a man in tall socks, but it's sexy as hell.
ReplyDelete@Whkattk→ Thank you, and you know what's mine is yours, always. :)
@LordPatrick→ Thank you, I'm glad you like it. ♥
@Bi Like Me→ Thank you so much for stopping by my Corner. I'm thrilled you liked it. Thank you for the link add. I'll be sure to reciprocate as soon as I get a free moment.
@Rafa→ Very well said my Darling. I love your silvery tongue. Thank you for the ditty.
@Mistress Maddie→ Just knowing you have a condom drawer makes me happy. Every single person should have one. I guess it depends, if all those condoms get you high, then yes, I'd say it's a mini drug store, but if all they do is dress you up and make you look pretty, then I'd go with Drag for sure! So which is it doll, Drug or Drag? ;)
@Lorenzolo→ Excellent choice. And from the look of his boots, he's all set to go riding!!
@Becca→ Thanks love. XOXO
I apologize for the delay in replies. Please forgive me. I really appreciate all of your comments & compliments. The first step to fixing something is being aware that it's there and that it needs to be fixed. Thank you for your support.

i often wonder why clean is shorthand for not hiv+? as if being hiv+ makes me somehow unclean.. i know you have nothing but love for those of us poz among you.. but idk.. im not unclean.. im just a guy with a retrovirus.. anyway.. hugs for remembering us on a day w/o art..
ReplyDelete~ cheers...
Hello David,
DeleteI'd like to apologize for any offense towards you, or anyone, because of my lack of thought and poor wording. In no way did I mean to imply that by being HIV+ a person is unclean.
"Clean" is a term that I'm guessing was coined in the 80's. It was used to identify a blood test that showed no virus. It was, and is, widely used and to my knowledge the only term used to identify someone who is not HIV+. Even so there's no excuse for me using the term without thinking about the implications it makes to a person who is positive. I can assure you that from this day forward I won't be using this term again.
I'm completely ashamed of myself, and horrified to know that I said something so offensive and that I didn't even realize it. I can only hope that you accept my apology. I can honestly tell you had the rolls been reversed I'd have probably been a total bitch to you about it. As it is I can only thank you for being so kind about it.
The only thing I would like to clarify is that this post and the message of awareness was directed at both sexes no matter their sexual preference, not just gay men. Yes I know I have a gay male blog, but believe it or not I have quite a few straight followers of both sexes. It's a public blog and I intended the message to be for anyone who may happen to stumble upon my Corner.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and thank you for being kind about it. I can only hope that you accept my apology, and if you choose not to I completely understand.
Sincerely
CoreyJo
P.S. To David:
DeleteI've removed the term clean from this post and have replaced it with not HIV+.
